We want you to be completely satisfied with MONO Pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. No questions asked.
To request a refund, simply email us at hilalmohamed100@gmail.com from the email address associated with your purchase. Please include your Lemon Squeezy order number or receipt in the email.
Once we receive your refund request and verify your purchase, we will initiate the refund immediately. However, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Refunds are not granted after the 14-day window has passed. Additionally, if we detect fraudulent activity or abuse of our refund policy, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.
